When it comes to our fees, you have the peace of mind of knowing that we will always be transparent and upfront about what you are paying for.

We are so confident that we can add value to every single one of our clients that following the presentation of your first financial plan, if you don’t feel you’ve received the benefit or value you wanted and you don’t feel you’ve got complete clarity and peace of mind about your financial situation, then you don’t have to pay.

Not a thing.

We’ll simply refund your fees, delete your plan and we’ll part as friends.

Transparency and flexibility

After our initial consultation, which is at no cost to you, we will discuss payment options to cover the costs of our services. We will not charge anything until we have an agreement in writing.

There are three service areas for which we charge fees:

  1. Initial planning: The fee for the financial plan is an agreed fixed fee.
  2. Implementation: Any additional implementation or project work will be agreed as either a percentage or a fixed fee.
  3. Keeping on track: The ongoing service charges will vary according to your circumstances.

Commission payments

When they recommend a protection product (Life Cover, Critical Illness Cover etc) some financial advisers receive commission, which is roughly equal to the first four years of premiums, sometimes more. Where possible, our ‘core service’ financial planning clients may have all commission rebated to their plans. This gives them lower premiums for the entire term of the policy.
